Our Code of Conduct
At B.j.Leathers we uphold ourselves to a high standard and always follow our simple rules within our code of conduct below :

* Ensure that there is no forced labour within our factory or supply chain
* Ensure employment is freely taken
* Workers, without distinction, have the right to join or form trade unions of their own choosing and to bargain collectively.
* A safe and hygienic environment is always provided.
* Wages are paid above the living wage.
* Employees will never be asked to work excessive hours, and will always comply with the national law.
*There is no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.
* Regular employment is always provided for our workers.
*Physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation shall be prohibited.
* All customers regardless of size are always treated equally.
* Employees are encouraged to speak openly about any issues or ideas to improve our company.
